Job Description:

  • Managing and mentoring a team demand managers across different screens and platforms.
  • Managing new video advertisers, SSPs and partners, outlining the process and optimize the activity
  • Mentoring and providing priorities for account management aspects.
  • Evaluate media opportunities and present media strategies.
  • Maintain, develop, and grow existing partnerships.
  • Managing video technology providers relationships and commercial negotiation

Requirements::

  • Hands on video experience (as an account manager, demand manager, media buyer, analyst etc.) of least 1 year – a must.
  • Experience with the video advertising platforms like LKQD, Springserve, Streamrail etc.
  • Experience with the main Video SSPs such as AOL, Fyber , Beachfront , Tremor
  • Fluent in English - a must
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Organized and performance-centered individual, able to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Job Description:

  • Managing the accounts, and be their point of contact.
  • Optimization for existing campaigns, tracking daily reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in the online Video eco-system - Mandatory
  • A prior experience with Video ad servers and platforms – Mandatory

  • Good analytical skills – including the ability to learn and adopt new web based platforms and systems
  • Full knowledge with Excel - Mandatory

The Job includes market research, conducting various types of negotiations and working according to monthly goals. The sales manager is responsible for any new advertisers that enter the company.
