Job Description:

  • Media buying according to the company's needs
  • Managing the entire business development cycle
  • Researching, prospecting, pitching, negotiating and contract signing
  • Working closely with various departments in the company
  • Managing partners' accounts

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1 years of experience in the online advertising industry – Mandatory
  • Proven experience in Sales - Mandatory
  • Experience in Media Buying / Media Sales - an advantage
  • Fluency in English. Other languages - an advantage
  • BA degree
  • Self-driven, proactive and goal oriented
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle various tasks and manage priorities

  • Programmatic buying on DSP’s
  • Analyzing data and tracking daily/ periodic reports.
  • Communicating with strategic DSP's and technology provided worldwide.
  • Working closely with the R&D team to develop new products. 
  • Cooperation with the video/media/sales teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 2 years' experience in the video online eco-system– Mandatory
  • At least 1 year experience in video programmatic buying – Mandatory
  • A prior experience on DSPs and video ad-servers- Mandatory.
  • A prior experience with Video ad servers and platforms - Mandatory (Cedato,StreamRail,SpringServe,LKQD,Adap.TV,Tremor,SpotX, AppNexus, MediaMath, TURN etc.)
  • Experience in video advertising and banner syndication

The Job includes market research, conducting various types of negotiations and working according to monthly goals. The sales manager is responsible for any new advertisers that enter the company.
